Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines assist in the Typhoon Ompong operations at the Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol on Friday. President Duterte has instructed the military and police force to assist in the pre and post relief operations as the country prepares for the possible impacts of Typhoon Ompong.
